"Build The Perfect Finished Basement Or Attic And Save Thousands Of Dollars Doing It Yourself!"

From the desk of: Tim Warnoch

Fellow Renovator,

I set this website up because I love building and renovating, particularly basements. However, I hate the secretive, quarded attitude that some builders have. With the right knowledge, everyone is capable of renovating their basement or attic. That's why I want to share my knowledge with as many people as possible.

Since you've found this website I'm assuming you want a finished basement and attic as much as I do. The truth is, I'm always on the internet looking for ideas on finished basements and attics. I just can't bear all that wasted space!

While doing some research, I stumbled upon a fantastic manuscript by Mr. Walter Fischman - one of the most respected and influential builders in recent history. Mr Fischman differs from many in the industry because he actually loves to share his knowledge.

I noticed that most of his work was available online with the exception of one of his most important pieces of work, "Finishing Off Your Basement". Even though it was first published in 1962, this book has the best basement & attic building information I have ever seen.

Here's just a snippet of what you'll learn:

  • Amazing ways to create extra space in your home

  • Step-by-step instructions on how to plan your new attic or basement.

  • Creating extra room in either your attic or your basement

  • What materials you will need and how to get the lowest possible price

  • How to utilize your extra space and what to do with it

  • Using shortcuts to save time and money

  • Pictures of transformed attics and basements into stunning, artistic and useful extra rooms

If this is the kind of information that you have been looking for, here's the good news…

I have contacted the original copyright owners and gained permission to republish Mr Walter Fischman's complete work on this website. Although I had to pay to have the manuscript reformatted and published online, renovating is my passion. Therefore, I want to share this book with as many people as possible for free.

The information is second to none and you'll soon have an attractive and functional room instead of a dusty, unused basement or attic.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Cheers and Happy Renovating

Tim Warnoch
